Totally recommend for one night

Clean room, modern decor, with excellent Wi-Fi connectivity and a convenient self check-in process that made my arrival smooth and hassle-free, as well as being just a short walk from the nearby U-Bahn for easy access to the city.

Clean room with modern decor and very comfortable bed. Providing luggage storage before departure would be a nice touch.

Had a cracking stay! The self check-in was pure brilliant and made everything easy. The room was clean and spacious, with a lovely big TV and a coffee machine. Only downside was the noise from other guests at night. a right braw place to rest my head after exploring the city.

The location is great, only a short walk to public transport.

During my stay, the lack of luggage storage was incredibly frustrating. I arrived too early and had no option to drop off my bags, forcing me to lug them around until check-in. at check-out, I encountered the same problem, which is unacceptable for a modern hotel. Calling the helpline yielded no real help, and the automated nature of the hotel left me feeling abandoned at times.

Great stay with some minor hitches

I enjoyed my stay, particularly the convenience of the self check-in process and the nice touch of having complimentary croissants and a bottle of water on arrival. The room was comfortable, featuring a good bedside light and a fan for ventilation. the bathroom privacy could be improved since there's only a sliding door that doesn't close completely. it was a pleasant experience, but some small adjustments would enhance comfort.

Had a sweet as stay! The room was very clean and comfortable, but that 7-digit access code was a bit of a pain, having to enter it three times. Chur for the complimentary croissants and sparkling water, though!

the response from the staff was incredibly attentive! they kindly switched my room due to the heat wave, and kept everything spotless. the place is near all major attractions and the tram stop is just a minute away.

Had a great time with friends! The room was clean and well-decorated, and we loved being close to public transport for visiting the Spanish Horse Riding School and enjoying a city tour. Plus, the complimentary croissants were a nice touch.

We did face an issue with a malfunctioning keypad that made entering the corridor a hassle, but it was resolved eventually.

The spaciousness, the cleanliness, the central location was truly remarkable.

Recommend it for families looking for comfort

The room was spacious, clean, and even had those nice croissants waiting for us upon arrival, which was a pleasant surprise. The air conditioning was excellent as it was scorching hot outside, and we didn’t hear a sound from the street, leaving us to enjoy a good night’s sleep.

It wasn’t inexpensive but still fair enough for what you get.

This place suits me perfectly with great wi-fi, flat-screen TV, and a lift. The staff helped my elderly parents during our first stay, which I remember fondly. Highly recommend for a romantic escape!
